“Ed Callahan remodeling replaced a leaky skylight and repaired a couple of vent pipes on the roof. This was by far one of the better experiences with getting repair work done on the house. They communicated very well - and the estimator showed up on time, was very nice, and provided a very reasonable estimate the next business day. Ed worked with my schedule to get a crew out the next week I called, and they showed up on time, and were done early! The one guy Sean I worked with was very professional, and offered to take his shoes off in the house (very much appreciated). The new skylight looks great, and they crew did a great job at cleaning up - there was no trace of any debris or anything in the yard. In addition, they added trim to the new skylight and patched the drywall, which looks very nice. A very professional job indeed - and I will be calling them for any future repair needs!“

Noel came out and assessed the job professionally and was a great communicator. We were very impressed by him and his knowledge.Their estimate was actually the lowest price of all that we received. We only decided to go in a different direction because another company that had already done significant, quality work to our home gave an estimate in the close proximity to Springer Bros. Had it not been so close, we would have had ZERO reservations about working with them.If price is the MAIN component in your decision, you will be hard pressed to find a better company at a better cost.“

Miguel was quick to respond and come to my property, and was able to get separate quotes for both the repairs as well as replacements elsewhere. He also highlighted potential additional work that may come about once they started as not to cause any unwanted surprises.
