“With the recent storms, we discovered a pretty sizable leak in our roof. We had an emergency roofer come and tarp the area, and then try to convince us we needed to replace our whole roof (which was shocking since our roof is not that old). We brought Lane Roofing out for a second opinion, and Kyle was able to accurately diagnose what happened, and explained why a full replacement was far from necessary (and most importantly, why that was the case). He walked us through multiple different options to fix the roof, and helped us choose the best one to suit our needs. The best part is that while the team was doing the repair, they noticed the damage was slightly more extensive then they originally thought, but they fixed it for us at no additional cost.
