Every subcontractor who came through our home was equally impressive. Whether it was framing, drywall, tile work, painting, electrical, or plumbing, the craftsmanship was seamless and the professionals were courteous, skilled, and respectful of our home.

If we ever have the opportunity to tackle another major renovation, there is no question who we’ll call. We would happily work with Chris, Nate, Evangeline, and the entire Cocoon team again. They didn’t just renovate our home—they created spaces we love while making the process enjoyable and stress-free. Five stars for the work, Jose and Ryan did a great job, were in and out in a day and did additional spotting work that we didn't even notice. Three stars for scheduling, as it was a little hard to nail down an initial assessment and took them a while to schedule with us after cashing the initial deposit. We are lucky enough to have a fairly flexible work schedule as they contacted us with next day availability, but if you have a more rigid work or child care schedule it might be a bit tough.“
