The staff are friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service at all times, including when there was a damaged light that they were diligent in replacing. We were a bit mislead regarding price as cost changed considerably from original estimate once they were up on the roof and found that additional work was required. However, they tried to work with us on final cost. It was just a surprise increase that we weren't expecting. We would definitely recommend O'Donnell for their long history, expertise, and workmanship,“
