The Pilates Studio at Washington Crossing Pilates

“The owner Cindy is truly amazing, and all of the other instructors I've had (Norm, Sara, Renee) are great! Cindy cares about all of her clients and is knowledgeable about what each individuals needs are. I first came to the studio on a trial basis due to a back injury and Cindy was able to help beyond my expectations! She teaches what is right for your individual body, and I have learned so much about the correct way to exercise. The classes are small, personalized, and fun! The studio is impeccably, spotlessly clean, and well maintained with state of the art equipment. The instructors are all properly trained and certified. This place is a gem in Washington Crossing!“

“I am so grateful Yogasix opened in Newtown. We were in dire need since my past favorite studio, Yogasphere closed its doors post Covid. Yogasix built a beautiful new studio managed by a warm & professional team that features all level classes in a variety of styles taught by a staff of some of the best practitioners I've ever known. Take the opportunity to set foot on the path of health wellness kindness to yourself, your mind & body in a life changing balanced way.“

Newtown Health and Wellness and Pilates studio Pilates

“What a find! I have been coming to Newtown Health & Wellness for Pilates classes for roughly the past three months. While I did not begin for any specific rehabilitation purpose, Ilene always offers several modifications that allow me to be active despite knee osteoarthritis. In fact, I feel as if the strength in my knee has slowly built back up without any strain or pain; it's like physical therapy without "the boring."Ilene is comprehensive when explaining proper Pilates form and regularly offers a variety of exercises, always accommodating one's comfort level or how much one would like to be challenged on any given day. She is a knowledgeable and devoted fitness and rehabilitation professional dedicated to helping everyone feel their best in a warm and personable way.The studio is a spotless and welcoming environment. Class size is kept small, so there is no lack of personal attention. All other class participants are super kind and encouraging, adding to the positive atmosphere, which makes me look forward to every class.“

Witt Pilates Pilates

“I love Witt Pilates! A few months ago I was looking to add something different to my work out routine. I came across Witt Pilates on Groupon and thought I’d give it a try. When I booked and showed up to my first class, I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. After my 3rd class, I purchased a membership. I wanted to be part of this Pilates group! love that Patty and her staff of instructors give personal attention even during group classes. They are experienced, upbeat and have your best interest at heart. They make sure you’re getting the full benefit of your workout. The members of the studio are very friendly too. If you’re looking to workout amongst a great group of people, amazing instructors and have a few laughs (that’s all you Patti!), join us at Witt Pilates. You won’t be sorry!“

Newtown Athletic Club Pilates

“I recently joined the club (NAC) and am very impressed with the atmosphere, accommodations, and find the app useful (some moderate challenges with efficiency, but good). My membership experience with Ann was amazing. She was engaging, professional, helpful, and most importantly personable. Although I stopped in without an appointment (to make sure I finally got it done), she welcomed me without hesitation and I had a wonderful introduction to the club with her.If you are used to LifeTime Fitness, I would say this club offers competitive pricing and a comparable (if not more) experience. The childcare benefit is also extremely helpful. My only feedback is related to a particular staff member. Within my first two visits, I experienced hearing a staff member refer to something broken as “ghetto”. This terminology can be considered offensive to people of color when being used in a way that describes something as less than, broken, or poor. As a professional in this field, I would highly recommend providing some sort of context to staff that although there may not be large levels of ethnic diversity at times, they should always consider that someone could experience unintentional harm from culturally insensitive/inappropriate comments.“
