“Great studio in Princeton Market Fair location. You can get other errands and shopping done and go straight to Pilates afterwards! Different teachers and different styles, but always a great workout.
My teachers help me refocus my intention towards my core as opposed to muscling through with my quads and glutes, which is my inclination. Their expertise in doing corrections really help me get the most out of my workout and make me more aware of mind-body connection.
This is a well-oiled machine with standardized Club Pilates layout if you're familiar with other locations, and they use the mobile app and a kiosk to check in. Classes are well-attended and you can see there are a lot of regulars, which is a great sign. I'll be visiting this location when I'm in town.”
