I was highly impressed with the yoga therapy I received from Joe, whom I sought out after struggling with persistent shoulder and neck issues for over a year. Thanks to Dragonfly Yoga Studio, my living room became a yoga studio during the pandemic.The variety of online classes and instructors offered are amazing. I highly recommend their recurring unlimited monthly package. It’s worth every dollar! So glad to be back in person.
I went to a few classes (before finances caused me to put my weekly classes on hold). It is a really lovely little studio. I had a few different teachers and liked all of them very much. I went to gentler classes due to a back injury and broken foot, and all of the exercises were give a harder option or an easier alternative. The location is nice, as well. I was always able to find street parking and the museum parking lot is right across the street. When I went, they did require vaccinations for attending in person (which I was thankful for and all you had to do was send a pic of your vaccination card, super easy and not a big deal) but you could also attend live online....read full review
