Other companies were just going to throw a solution together. First call they gave me the name of an engineer to spec out repairs you can rely on to fully fix the issue. After engineer's drawing and specs were ready they fit in our small job in on a Saturday. They did exactly what the engineer spec'd.
I trust this company fully. They did the work at a fair price, and I'm confident the truss issue is fully dealt with in the correct manner.“

“Dan Roman was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone with no BS. Other companies claim that they need to come to your house which is an absolute lie. Dan gave me an estimate of $19k for all windows and a sliding glass door. One of his competitors gave me a quote of 38,000 for the exact same windows. Not only was Dan great to work with, but Greg and Mike who installed the windows were very courteous and professional. I'm a difficult customer with high expectations. “We contracted PHI to do a substantial home renovation which included ripping down stucco, putting up vinyl siding, replacing every window, and installing new soffits, gutters, and downspouts.

This was a big project with a lot of details to get right. From the start, Brian came out and had a very in depth discussion about what we wanted and provided us with a detailed breakdown on costs as well as a computer mockup of what our home would look like after the renovation which helped us visualize the end result. We tweaked the proposal many times before signing the contract (plus a few times after), and the communication was always fast and informative.

Once the work actually started, the workers did a great job of caring for our property to make sure nothing was damaged. The team worked faster than I expected, with the entire project lasting about 12 working days (5 of which were dedicated to removing the stucco). Everyone involved was friendly and the foreman, Patrick, was very helpful when issues arose.

The entire project didn't go off without a hitch, there were a few minor headaches along the way (as I'm sure there would be with any project this size), but what sets PHI apart is how they went the extra mile to remedy those issues. The end result is fantastic and we have a house which we won't have to worry about for a long long time.“
