Their team is known for providing excellent customer service, with a personable owner, Dan, and courteous installers. They offer high-quality products and workmanship, completing installations in a timely manner and at a fair price. Previous customers have praised the appearance and functionality of their new windows and doors, as well as the value they received from the company.
Dan Roman was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone with no BS. Other companies claim that they need to come to your house which is an absolute lie. Dan gave me an estimate of $19k for all windows and a sliding glass door. One of his competitors gave me a quote of 38,000 for the exact same windows. Not only was Dan great to work with, but Greg and Mike who installed the windows were very courteous and professional. I'm a difficult customer with high expectations. Roman and Sons exceeded my expectations. If you live near them, it is a no-brainer.
We really needed a new storm door and contacted Daniel for an estimate. Greg came out, measured for us at no charge and we were able to chose the door we wanted, the color, the hardware, and we got the capping to match. A wonderful experience, great communication. Installation time was very short and they were very efficient and left the area as they found it, no mess at all. Roman & Sons was easy to work with and I would highly recommend them!
