Had the bedroom windows replaced and instead of going with 3 individuals I chose one 5 foot picture window and 2ea 28" side windows with internal window blinds.....Awesome outcome and the install was flawless....One of my best choices in home improvement!! The install team was top notch!

A Tale of Two InstallFirst, off I have to say that we absolutely love the look of our new Wood Clad Black Pella Windows! We have already had atleast 8 neighbors stop by to compliment the new look of our home.I must admit we did have some difficulties with our original installers potentially rushing through the process but that lead us to the reason that we bought from a nationally known brand in Pella; the CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent their PM, Bob, to our house to assess our install.
