I highly recommend PTI to those who prefer a smaller setting with a family feel. All the staff are informative, helpful, and truly vested in your rehabilitation. I was there presurgery and intend on returning after surgery versus returning to the corpate names. Nothing against those but just prefer PTI.

I have been with Fox Pest Control for at least a year now. At first, I questioned myself since I had never heard of them. Our home is in the woods, and I have had minor issues with mice, insects. Since having their service, I am pleased with the results. In addition, when I saw some problems develop and contacted them someone answered the phone and we had a technician arrive withing days and took care of the issue. Customer service, technicians do a nice job. I would recommend Fox Pest Control of Pittsburgh.
The technician performed a system check and determined an a/c unit had a failing capacitor. Although it didn’t need to be changed right away, running at 50%, I decided to change it because of the intense heat and didn’t want to be without A/C at some point this summer. He changed it and the unit sounded better when it started up. Thank you! Appreciated his wearing shoe covers in the house. Could have washed hands prior to touching interior surfaces and cleaned up debris left from attic access, but all in all a very good experience. Thank you.

Our AC went out overnite on the hottest day of the year. I called at 6:30AM, they called back by 8:00AM and had a technician at our house by 11:30AM--on the hottest day of the year (I just had to say it again). Fantastic repair, fantastic technician...all at a reasonable cost. They'll have ALL my business in the future.

We hired MDM to subdivide about 30 acres of land in order to facilitate the sale of some of the property and to fix a couple problems with the current subdivision.
From the beginning of the project, MDM provided us with good ideas of how to accomplish our goals. MDM representatives had a thorough knowledge of what was needed. We were told from the beginning what to expect in the process. I was amazed at how our surveyor anticipated possible obstacles to our plan and ways to work around them.
Ultimately, we had to appear before our township planning and commission for approval. I can’t say enough about the value of MDM‘s assistance. They were worth every penny we invested in their services.
I had no prior experience working with a surveying company. At times it was frustrating because during the summer they get super busy with outdoor work and aren’t always available.
