Technician Gerald Bruce responded promptly and professionally to my request, as always. He is Tip-top. I spoke to Gerald about the issue while he was providing service to another customer in my neighborhood. He stopped to observe my issue and did his best to schedule a service visit ASAP. I rate the service performed as 10/10.
I have been with Fox Pest Control for at least a year now. At first, I questioned myself since I had never heard of them. Our home is in the woods, and I have had minor issues with mice, insects. Since having their service, I am pleased with the results. In addition, when I saw some problems develop and contacted them someone answered the phone and we had a technician arrive withing days and took care of the issue. Customer service, technicians do a nice job. I would recommend Fox Pest Control of Pittsburgh.
Great service! I am very pleased with Fox Peat Control. Jonathan L is top notch!!! He did a great job today with my outside treatment. He also cautioned me about any shrubbery touching the house. I really appreciated that. Great job, Jonathan, and thank you!
