My husband, in sales himself, was won over by Robbie and agreed to a one year contract with Fox. Robbie was such a polite, professional, and personable young man and was respectful of our time especially considering we work from home. Quite the salesman himself, Robbie succinctly detailed the services offered and negotiated a fair price. Kaleb, our tech, showed up at the stated time and was also very friendly and explained the application process and timetable well, including whether the incoming rain would affect our first application negatively or not. Time will tell, but we’ll give Fox and friends a year to prove they can deliver.
Jonathan Leake was very knowledgeable
and thorough. He did a great job getting rid of 2 wasp nests. And he did all around the outside of my home for any other insects. He was very kind and answered all my questions. He's a great technician.
