The therapy I received from Nikki at the PTI was so helpful in alleviating the pain and swelling I had been experiencing in my knees. At the start of my sessions, I was unable to bend or straighten my knees completely, but after working with Nikki and her support staff for about 4 weeks, the pain and swelling was gone. Plus, I felt much stronger and was able to return to my yoga classes and get down on my hands and knees to play with my dog again. Upon “graduation,” the therapists showed me how easy it was to do some of my stretches (that normally require a second person) at home so I could continue to stay strong and limber.The atmosphere in the Warrendale office...read full review

Nikki was just the best PT! She was always positive and explained the treatment plan clearly. Loved coming and enjoyed working with Nikki. The entire staff was very friendly and professional!

The therapist working with me, Nikki Lay, has thoroughly planned my rehab so that I’m progressing steadily to meet my goals of improved muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. She is great with stretching and teaching me how work on my exercises at home. She also points out where I have shown progress. She is a gem.
