Our salesman Steve was amazing and made the process quick and easy. George and Jim our installers AA+++++. This was the second time we had time out and nothing less than perfection. I will always ask for these two when having anything replaced.

Jonah Hiadycz was such an excellent sales rep for Pella.Jonah spent so much time with us explaining the types of windows which could be installed and explained the process to install the windows.He followed up by emailing us a video of the window with the roll up screen so that was awesome of him and also suggested perhaps a visit to the showroom to review the productJonah has a great personality , extremely polite and also extremely consciousness

Jonah gave very good and informative presentation regarding window options. Very thorough. We have not decided on our path to new windows yet but Jonah was excellent in giving Pella's information. Five stars to Jonah.
