“Highly recommend! The most important part of choosing a company is knowing how they handle it when things go wrong. Finesse did 2 of our floors last fall and one of the products did not match the sample. It was the correct floor but the manufacturer slightly changed the product and did not update the sample. The floors looked great and they did a fantastic job installing, but it just was not what we truly had wanted (darker and slightly different in pattern). When could not find something we liked within that line, Mike fought to get them to pay for a different manufacturer. Mike went to bat for us and Stephanie helped us find a better option. They got the manufacturer to support fixing it ALL the way! Without spending an extra penny, the new floors were installed this week and we are thrilled. There are just so few companies out there that would do what they did. Thank you!!! You are an amazing team, we will never go anywhere else.“
