He didn't get on a ladder, he didn't diagnose the problem, he just wanted me to pay him $2,800 for the guards.

“I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters.
