We called Mr. Sanchez as our roof was leaking and needed to be done soon. He responded quickly and was very professional. Also he was easy to work with and gave us the best price as compared to other estimates we received. Mr. Sanchez arranged to get our roof done as soon as weather permitted and openly communicated keeping us updated. He and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job our roof is beautiful. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete and left nothing behind. Mr.Sanchez and his crew does excellent work and we highly recommend him.

I needed to put siding on my garage so I contacted Sanchez and he gave me a great price and did a great job on installing siding and rain gutters. The next phase of home improvements is a new roof on the house, which they are doing soon. I would highly recommend Sanchez Contracting to do these projects.
