I want to start off by saying this company executes QUALITY WORK.However, the communication is lacking.... We were recommended this company by a neighbor.Initially had them called out for an active leak, showed up almost immediately...GREAT GUYS Ty and Josh. Communicated what needed to be fixed. OK Great come and fix it.Note: ACTIVE LEAK. Week or Two later Nothing no calls or anything....So I call back and they send someone out to fix it. Additional repairs are needed cool.... fix it.... A few more weeks pass by I call the office ok someone will call you back....NO call back.... Then out of no where, hey were going to show up Tomorrow. OK just get the thing fixed. East Penn was able to come to my house the next day for a temporary patch when I called the night prior due to a sudden roof leak. Was very east to then schedule a more inclusive roof repair, and everything has been great since then. Appreciate the fast response time, as this most likely prevented more water damage.
