“We hired Munz to do a kitchen expansion and remodel in addition to construction of a new covered staircase outside of the back door. We could not be happier with the final product.

Our experience started with Bryan, the designer at Munz, who helped us to map out the final design and provided many excellent suggestions for enhancements that optimized the functionality and efficient use of space in our new kitchen. “We just had our roof completed by Bernie Staub Roofing. They did a fantastic job all around from the communication, estimate process, workmanship, and clean up. Their price was better than the other 5 companies that bid on our project and unlike the others, they didn't charge extra for a transferable warranty. According to owner Bernie Staub, the warranty is automatically transferable and charging extra for it is just not right. Bernie was totally involved throughout the whole process from personally answering the phone when we initially inquired, coming out to talk to us, providing the estimate, and supervising the work. He kept us apprised of a starting date as the weather was not conducive to roof work for over a month. He genuinely cares about the quality of the work as he puts his name and reputation behind it. It is personal to him. He also doesn't rush the job as he wants it done right with a thorough clean up. His personal involvement was extremely important to us. He has been in business for 34 years and we found him to be a truly honest business person and just a really, really nice guy. It was so refreshing to do business with someone like him. “I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof.
