Contacted Tip Top and Hassan came out the next morning to assess the situation and fully explained what needed to be done to repair the damage. The job was quoted and we entered the contract same day. The next morning, Mario arrived and made the repairs and examined the entire roof for any issues giving us peace of mind that we would have no other concerns. Everyone at Tip Top was great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices and not at all pushy or over-stating what needed to be done. Would highly recommend and would be the company I would call if I ever needed roofing needs again.”

His compassion, communication and professionalism was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced when working with ANY type of company. Absolutely outstanding in every way. My solar company wasn’t the best to work with and even though that wasn't his area, he helped me navigate conversations with them as well as my insurance company. “We had a leak in the ceiling coming from the attic of our house in North Wildwood. Jared, Ray, and team came out to inspect to see what work needed to be done. Going up on the roof, they could tell the entire roof needed replacing.<br><br>Jared was great at communicating through the estimation, scheduling, and selecting materials. On the installation date, Jared kept me informed of the work required and showed pictures and videos of the state of the roof under the shingles. I even got on the roof and they showed me first hand.<br><br>They laid all new boards over the entire roof and installed an attic vent which wasn’t there before. They did the job right and didn’t cut any corners.<br><br>The crew was efficient and cleaned up through the day to ensure the property was clean at the end of the day. They worked a long way but got everything done in a day and the roof looks great. I would recommend Farrell’s roofing to anyone who needs roofing work done.”

“From start to finish, my project roof replacement due to hail damage was great. From the initial contact with my salesman Nathaniel. I was given information which I found to be true and reliable all the way through the project. From the initial insurance claim to the removal of my solar panels (yes I have 21 solar panels that had to be removed) all the scheduling was handled by the representative with expertise and regard for our well being keeping us well informed during the time that transpired from initial contact to the completion of the project.<br>The solar company that was procured by the roofing company at my behest was also very efficient in their execution of the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels after the job was done.<br>The roofing crew was excellent as they arrived around 7:30 am and by 4:30 pm everything was cleaned up, picked up and except for the dumpster (which the garbage company was contacted to remove) I wouldn't have known they had even been to my house except for the new roof that was now complete. The crew was courteous taking care of my property while tearing off a double shingled roof and then reinstalling what was purchased. When they were done the entire area around my house was clear of any nails, paper and debris including my deck in the back of my house which is quite large.<br>I think you can tell the satisfaction I have experienced from everyone involved with my project. I think Guardian provides a great value.<br><br>P.S My Solar panels are now reinstalled and producing as they were prior to them being removed”
