“Umbrella Roofing is the poster business for customer service. Ed provided a thorough and comprehensive review of the issues with our roof including some root causes of the issues. He provided pictures and took the time to give explanations and education of basic roof installation. Although his estimate for the repairs was more than another estimate, the repairs were more comprehensive to resolve the immediate issues and position us to have the roof last. Umbrella Roofing also set us up to have the regular maintenance done to ensure the roof lasts and meets the performance expectations. Our roof was supposed to be a brand new roof so we did not except to have leaks or have a major repair less than 2 years after having the new roof was installed. Umbrella's entire team is great! Jessica in the front office actually answers the phone and returns phone calls. If there are questions she gets answers. The Project Manager Melvin is also great at communicating with customers and making sure the job gets done and done right. The installation team was efficient and did great work. Of course Ed came to ensure everything was completed and completed correctly in the scope of work. He showed pictures of the completed work. The great thing about Umbrella Roofing is they provide a cost estimate that documents all the work they will perform and answer any and all questions. You also get before and after pictures as well as pictures of the work as it was being done. I highly recommend Umbrella Roofing without reservation! Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is awesome!“
“We hired USA ROOF MASTERS to install a new roof, and to replace the Dormers of our home.The salesperson Jim Kovac, In my opinion, he's a great asset to your company! Very friendly and knowledgeable.The 2nd person we delt with was Matt O'Shaugnessy, who kept in contact with us via email or text every day informing us of when the crew would be here to start... We had lots of bad weather to work around! The 3rd person we delt with was Dave Torres and crew. Dave, also a very nice man and was very friendly and knowledgeable. “My need for exploring renovation options started when I became unable to use my bathroom because it was too small to reconfigure for wheelchair access. After receiving many estimates, I chose CGT. Not only did they propose the lowest cost, but the owner was eager to understand my situation and determine exactly what I needed. Together, we decided to use an adjacent room to create a new, much larger bathroom and convert the old bathroom into a “roll-in” closet.As construction progressed, I found that the project manager and workers were always on time, professional, competent, and very approachable. The all-important communication process (within CGT and between CGT and me) was ongoing, productive, and reassuring; we were a “team” and everyone was on the same page. Furthermore, if something wasn’t quite right, it was addressed immediately and conscientiously.Looking back at the whole process, I greatly appreciated the quality workmanship, and that they did the job exactly the way I wanted and needed it to be done.
