They called when the technician was on his wax and emailed me his name, picture and tracking so I would know exactly who was coming. Kevin arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me the estimate which I approved. He was able to get everything fixed and working again in a jiffy. Did a great job and explained exactly what he had done. He was very informative and friendly. My daughter uses them all the time which is why I called, and will not hesitate to call again. They are great to work with.“

Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor.
