I loved her from the first second too. She was so kind and informative and asked a lot of questions to make sure we understood each other. I have since gone back (since first going in May) to get a partial foil with her, 2 haircuts, and 2 glosses, and every time she does an amazing job. She listens to everything I say and my hair is exactly how I imagined. I have gotten so many compliments too.
