Aimee and her staff are truly the most talented, caring, and professional team I’ve ever encountered at a salon—and I’ve been to many. I was actually in the chair getting my hair done when the incident mentioned in the 1 star reviews occurred.
A boy came in with his mother, and his hair was very matted. Aimee and her team handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism. But after just a few gentle strokes of the brush, the mother suddenly started screaming and yelling profanities at the staff. It was completely unprovoked and honestly shocking to witness.
