We had 2 large area rugs and a hall runner that were taken to the shop for cleaning since we have refurbished hardwood floors; pickup was uneventful. Upon return the techs were attentive and careful to relay, mindful of our furniture. They cleaned a couch, 2 high back chairs, and another area rug. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable about carpet, timely response and a pleasure to do business.I had several area rugs cleaned in the past by professional carpet companies that came to the house and steamed cleaned the rugs but the rugs never seemed clean; the rugs stayed damp for hours, seemed stiff with lingering dirt and stains were still obvious.Bob and his team removed the rugs, cleaned them at their factory and returned them a couple weeks later.
