Sean deserves a five star review for quality, professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to customer satisfaction! He cleaned both tile and carpet in my heavily trafficked home. I have 3 boys, a dog, and a muddy yard. That should tell you a lot! I asked Sean to clean the carpet in my finished basement, the stairs, tile/grout in the kitchen, and half bath. He managed to restore brightness to my very dirty, originally cream colored carpeted floors. Apparently the grout in the half bath that he cleaned was light gray (who knew?!). Ever since we moved in 4 years ago, the grout has always been dark gray. I’ve never been able to get it that bright on my hands and knees scrubbing. Sean restored it to its original color. It’s been a month since he was here and I’m happy to report that the tile and grout are still looking good! The kitchen as well! He also sealed everything when he was finished. Sean worked with my tight budget and gave his best work regardless. I’m super grateful for the care and time he put into this project. The stairs had so much dirt packed into the carpet fibers though that after it all dried, it still didn’t look quite as clean as the rest of the basement carpet did. So, we chatted about it on the phone and Sean was more than willing to come back the following week to go over it a second time. Thank you, Sean!
Sean did an amazing job on my 3 horse trailer last year which hadn't ever been cleaned in the 10 years I owned it and had been living under a tree most of that time. Highly recommend him for getting horse trailers looking almost like new!
Sean from Faithful Restorations did a super job! He rejuvenated some area rugs in our front entry way to our home - one had a stain that he removed, and saved us from having to replace it - the rugs look great now and the colors are more vibrant. The wood floor under the rugs looks shiny and new, and he was even able to clean the wood where it had become discolored right by the front door. Carpet at the bottom of the steps and the area that leads from the kitchen to the door that was heavily soiled looks so much better! Sean is courteous, careful, and pays much attention to the details.
