I reached out to Sean to do some much needed grout cleaning for a newly installed (in last 2 years) marble floor as well as a slightly older slate floor and shower. First, he was super responsive and got out to quote the job within 24 hours. I asked a few follow up questions on the quote and he was again very responsive and clarified questions I had. My request was also slightly more complicated because in addition to grout / tile cleaning and sealing, I asked him to re-caulk some surfaces in our slate shower.
