John was fantastic!!!! He explained everything he was going to do and walked me through after care. They protected everything from wall corners and lifted the furniture. Can't wait to see everything when it is all dry but I can already see a huge difference. we had him do our couch, loveseat, ottoman, an area rug and our stairs leading to the 2nd floor. I went on my community FB page to get recommendations and can see why his business was listed over and over with rave reviews!!
John and Jenna did a super job on my carpeting, area rugs and sectional. They are so knowledgeable and have a depth of experience allowing them to achieve great results. John carefully and thoroughly explained what he would do and why so I would understand the process. They are extremely neat and organized. I'm totally pleased with how clean and beautiful it all turned out.
