When they arrived, I asked them to do only 2 bedrooms and the hallway. I was still charged the same price and when asked about it I was told that was the price & they couldn’t change it. I don’t quite understand that aspect.Again, they’re a great service, I was just a little taken back by that.“

“This company was recommended to me by a contractor that came out for another repair. my basement apartment (empty) was backed up with sewage. Everything was ruined- everything! David and his team came out the next day and basically ran the whole process for me. Please know that you will sign paperwork that allows them to work with your insurance directly. I know this is a risk and David and team proved to be absolutely reliable. They have worked with various agencies and know the lingo and coverage better than I do since a sewage backup ideally and hopefully is rare for the homeowner. I was literally able to handle this crisis and have my basement cleaned and gutted over the phone and video chat!Additionally, I have approx. 100 pages of specs and pictures that were sent to me and my insurance company. They are thorough and document it all. I can't tell u how stressful this was and I'm glad I found someone trustworthy to assist!! I will absolutely recommend this team for any flooding and sewage damage you may have. The only hiccup I had was finding an insurance adjuster that would work with this team but they actually recommended one who I am still working with and I don't have any complaints so far. Thank you for all of your help during such a stressful and Challenging time. I still have a way to go with this project but atleast I know there's no raw sewage hanging around.“
