I had a very pleasant experience with Mack. I recently bought into the Pocono area, and my house came electric heatpumps that use an old obsolete AUX heat system called hydro kinnetix. I could not find any paperwork online, nor could i find any HVAC companies in the area who knew anything about it. I called Mack to come over any simply inspect my system. He assured me that he would NOT be the type of contractor who rings up a sky high bill or replace anything in the system that isnt broken. What an amazing experience. Mack came right out and got our heat up and running. Very personable and professional. Best of all his emergency call price is a lot cheaper than anyone else in the area. My wife and I highly recommend Mack. We will definitely use him moving forward. If honesty and trust are what you’re looking for then this guy is the real deal. I called Mack late on a Saturday hoping he would be able to come out and help me with a line voltage thermostat that I was having issues with. I was at my wits end and willing to pay the weekend additional service fee that most HVAC companies charge. Instead of coming to my house, he stayed on the phone with me for a half hour and helped me troubleshoot my thermostat for no cost at all. I was and still am incredibly thankful. He's truly an amazing and selfless person to do something like that. Not to mention, obviously incredibly knowledgeable to talk me through everything without seeing it.
