“I called Nichols Mechanical because I had a hot water boiler that was not working properly. He was very up front in telling me that he would try to get to me ASAP, but that he had several break downs that he was already working on. He made time to come early on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had 1 of the components he needed but said the other part needed ordered from the manufacturer, and that this particular manufacturer is typically kinda slow in getting parts out. As soon as the part arrived, he made us a priority and installed it the same day. Reading these reviews, I believe some people hear what they want to hear. Jason was very honest and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend that you call if if you have an issue, but also suggest to really listen to what he says. “I’ve been out of the area for 7 years. Prior to that I had Werner’s fuel. I still miss getting oil from them. Many moons ago I ran out of oil on Christmas Day. I put a call in but never thought I was see them coming to my door within an hour or two Christmas morning but also brought me sweets. I believe it was muffins. They would come when I only had a few dollars to put in and they were just the best people. Extremely professional and reliable and honest.“
