We met with Brad to discuss options for ductless split units. After our initial meeting, he was accommodating and came out to our house a second time to answer some follow-up questions. We had three ductless split units installed in June- about 1month after meeting with Brad. The men who did the install were punctual, friendly, hard working, and meticulous. The installation took three days. So far, the units are working great and have drastically improved the temperature in our house. We would highly recommend their service.
