Went in looking for parts to fix a leaky bathtub/shower faucet. Showed the employee the part(forget her name, she was awesome though) and she went back and got us everything we needed. Quick service and knowledgeable.
Talked to Ben on the phone this morning. Very helpful and professional. They didn't have the particular part that I needed in stock (it was a part for a specific model of Moen kitchen faucet, so it's probably not a common standard part). However, Ben recommended that I call Moen directly, as they have a lifetime warranty on their faucets, so he said they'll send me out the part for free. He gave me the number to call, and told me what to expect.
