I called Nichols Mechanical because I had a hot water boiler that was not working properly. He was very up front in telling me that he would try to get to me ASAP, but that he had several break downs that he was already working on. He made time to come early on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had 1 of the components he needed but said the other part needed ordered from the manufacturer, and that this particular manufacturer is typically kinda slow in getting parts out. Our heater broke and Jason came out that afternoon. He explained to my husband the problem and set us up using our heat pump until our furnace part came in. He came over as soon as the part came in. I also found the cost reasonable.
We are new to the area and needed help with our first ever heat pump. I chose Jason Nichols because of these reviews. I was NOT disappointed. I found Jason to be knowledgable and talented.
