“I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience with Kelly so here we are (even though I left state college now!). Hodu is my first dog of my own, so little did I know, I thought that less shedding meant less maintenance. And Kelly has taught me the importance of daily brushing and regular grooming. She’s been with us from the very first haircut!!

She meticulously plans out the entire yearly grooming schedule at the beginning of the year. I first thought it was a huge commitment, but I quickly realized how effective it is. If I inform her of any changes or need to reschedule ahead of time, she was very flexible and accommodating. This system really helped me stay on top of Hodu’s grooming needs.

Even after we moved to a new city, Kelly went above and beyond to find a groomer for us. She really made sure there’s no gap during our relocation. I really loved that she puts the dog’s needs first and Hodu always looked cute after the haircut.”
