“Let me start off by saying Kelly was our saving grace when it came to grooming Miya. Miya was aggressive and anxious even when we tried touching her paws. We couldn’t bathe her without her screaming and thrashing around. We were reluctant to try another groomer after we had a terrible experience at Petco. She reviewed our case and talked with us extensively about things we should do before our first appointment. Miya needed medicated and muzzled when we first started grooming with Kelly. Over the past two years Kelly has worked with Miya (and us) and we could not be more thankful. She is finally off medication before she goes to Kelly and doesn’t even need a muzzle anymore! Kelly is also wonderful about communicating with appointments and pick-up times and also sends reminders about when Miya’s appointments are! She gets groomed every 6 weeks and is beautiful each time! By the end of her session, Brittany has a new friend!Even in the front, the girls are so understanding explaining to me that they expect dogs to sniff and get into things there because there are a lot of "scents".
