“We took our nervous rescue to Suds-n-kisses for the first time today. First of all, I called yesterday, and someone picked up the phone, which I didn't expect. The lady was kind and answered all of my questions. I wanted to get in around 9:00a the next day (saturday) but online it was showing 9:30a. She explained that they do walk ins for nail trims so I could come anytime. I allowed myself one hour, but was in and out in 15 mins. Cat let me go back with my dog and she calmly, kindly, and gently waited for my dog to calm down. She was so patient, she just talked to her and waited, and let me stay there with her while she did her nails and ears. She educated me and showed me some tricks to dealing with my nervous dog. I will be taking her back there again for nails and hopefully other services. Thank you Cat for treating my dog with such care and gentleness!“
