The vet took time to listen to and answer my daughter's questions about our cats. She actively listened and responded with care and love. We came for an emergency visit and switched to here for all care because our experience was that great.
I am not afraid to admit when I am wrong. Last night, I had to take my dog to a new vet, this time for his right front foot. The symptoms were the same as 3 weeks ago on the left front foot. The vet said my dog has pussy cysts caused by an environmental allergy such as grass. The cysts burst open, causing the look of an infected laceration between the pads. He said it can attack one foot at a time and can develop out of nowhere (e.g., in a 13 yr old dog with no prior allergies). He gave my dog a shot of steroids (contraindicated for the enlarged heart), 21 days of antibiotics, and a topical spray. Awesome, wonderful, amazing!!! Dr Bob Cohen gave my cat Pepper as much care and concern as I would have, had I been able to do what he does. He was easy to talk to and stay 100% true to his word on financial. I will definitely recommend and use in the future.
