Let me start off by saying Kelly was our saving grace when it came to grooming Miya. Miya was aggressive and anxious even when we tried touching her paws. We couldn’t bathe her without her screaming and thrashing around. We were reluctant to try another groomer after we had a terrible experience at Petco. She reviewed our case and talked with us extensively about things we should do before our first appointment. Miya needed medicated and muzzled when we first started grooming with Kelly. Over the past two years Kelly has worked with Miya (and us) and we could not be more thankful. A little difficult to get appointments but Kelly will try her best to fit you in. I needed an urgent groomers for my dog since we just moved here and didn’t have one, she was looking messy lol. Now she got all her fluff and she is so soft and I cant stop hugging her

Fantastic groomer! Kelly really knows what she is doing.I brought my puppy snickers in, and even before our first appointment she helped me out with how to take care of his hair.I’m just happy to know my puppy is in good hands.
