I absolutely LOVED the experience we had!It was Sophie's first time at the groomers. She just turned one this month and she's a jumper. so I was worried about her doing thatShe went for a sani-cut and nail trim.ALL the girls were so nice, and helpful.Sophie's groomer , Brittany is such a sweetheart.As she was trimming my dog's nails , she was talking to her and petting her. By the end of her session, Brittany has a new friend!Even in the front, the girls are so understanding explaining to me that they expect dogs to sniff and get into things there because there are a lot of "scents". Chelsea is our groomer she's got an excellent manner with dogs she used to groom all 4 of my dogs and they were always glad to see her. She still grooms my last 2.Awesome lady with a big heart gentle and kind.

Our dog Bailey needed a nail trim and we called and asked if we could bring her.They asked if we could come right away, we said sure. Every one there was very professional and kind. We are now considering taking her there for all her grooming needs. Where we usually take her is a chain store and they never answer the phone. Thank you Pet Pub, you are a class act.
