“Real nice people, the office was also good at communicating between the field and customer. I run a business and I know things don’t always go to plan, I have a real problem at my house where special modifications outside of a normal installation were necessary and it was a little complicated. Sometimes we don’t get it right on the first try, they did not but they were able to maintain communication so I wasn’t getting upset and we had a plan to accomplish what was done. They had to return 3x to please the HOA, but they didn’t get upset once and neither did I. I was most impressed by the communication with me, I hate having to track down my contractor, argue about a project, or fight about a bill, they were professional the entire job and I would use these guys again, the price was spot on and it looks good.
