From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. After hearing horror stories from others who have had their roofs replaced, I must admit, I was extremely nervous about the process. But working with their team, it was a breeze! Their price is extremely competitive, you have a contact, who actually gets back to you, throughout the whole process, the team was quick and efficient on the day of install, and they cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor that I've hired to do exterior work on my house! “I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. “I called and the same day Jim came out looked at my gutters and gave me an estimate. Sent me a proposal that night. I signed it and he was out a week later to do the work. They were only here for about theee hours and did a great job. I’m so glad I don’t have to get up on the ladder again to clear my gutters. There’s something to be said about using a family owned business versus a franchise, his estimate was about 1/3 of what I got from some of the franchise owners.“

“Initially called Prime when we had water running down our living room wall from a failed roof seal on the soil pipe. They came out and replaced it quickly- which stopped the leak. We then spoke to Bernie and got an estimate for a new roof. The estimate was very fair. They also installed new skylights and gutters. On the install day the Crew was excellent. Also, Rick the foreman was on site and supervised the install and answered all questions. Very good clean-up and was assured that they would be there for any future issues. Very, very pleased. “I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. “My rating of this company use to be 5 stars before change of ownership. Definately not the same company. I just had the receptionist tell me not so nicely to call back tomorrow to speak with Andrew and hung up. She seemed irritated when she answered the phone. Customer service is huge to me. I do not expect to be treated like that by a company I am patronizing. I also referred to many of my neighbors who hired them.

An update: my issue was finally resolved by Mike. He is definately an asset to the company. Moving forward I hope the company will adopt the same customer service as the previous owner.“

Dan's quote was the lowest price of 2 contractors who actually showed up to give an estimate - 3rd one quoted without even coming out and 4th contractor never responded. His price also included taking care of all the permitsrequired ... they took less than 2 days for the roof and the same for the work on the garage ... there have been no issues with any of the work, that they did, in 5 years, and I will be using them again for my garage roof, replacing windows, & doors as well eventually new siding on my house ...Services: Gutter installation“
