I called someone I thought would do the repair but all he wanted to do was sell me gutter guards (which we already had). He didn't get on a ladder, he didn't diagnose the problem, he just wanted me to pay him $2,800 for the guards.<br><br>I called Banes hoping they would handle what was probably a simple fix. Raymond came out as planned and even phoned to see if he could come earlier, which was even better. He thoroughly assessed the situation and provided an economical solution for now and advised on how to fix the issue permanently. I will use Banes in the future after this great experience.”

“I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. And when there was what could have been a slight issue on the day of installation, I contacted Eric, and the owner showed up, almost immediately, to make sure it was resolved, thereby eliminating the possibility of the item even becoming an issue. I even received a nice little package after everything was completed, just to thank me again for choosing them. After hearing horror stories from others who have had their roofs replaced, I must admit, I was extremely nervous about the process. But working with their team, it was a breeze! If you're needing your roof replaced, I highly recommend North Star Roofing! Their price is extremely competitive, you have a contact, who actually gets back to you, throughout the whole process, the team was quick and efficient on the day of install, and they cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor that I've hired to do exterior work on my house! “I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. This work was done under the terms of their $99 December promotion. Their courteous and thorough technician Khazier handled the job and provided me with pictures.”

Here’s why:Prior to Larry, we received quotes from other local roofers and each time we just felt like a number - they’d pull measurements and send a quote the next day without even coming over to look at the job or introduce themselves. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Figueroa Contracting and Larry came out the next day to meet us and discuss the project.He went up to inspect the roof and found some damage, took pictures, and walked us through the entire insurance process - he even met our insurance companies’ roof inspector at the house so they could walk the roof together to confirm the damage.The insurance company said we could simply replace the damaged shingles. Larry then had to come back again to pull a shingle to be sent out for testing to see if it was still in production. It wasn’t, but the insurance company said we could use an alternative one.
