After a thorough walkthrough of the roof, he was the only person that noticed evidence of hail damage on the roof. “Larry Giusti from Figueroa Contracting is not your typical roofer. Here’s why:Prior to Larry, we received quotes from other local roofers and each time we just felt like a number - they’d pull measurements and send a quote the next day without even coming over to look at the job or introduce themselves. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Figueroa Contracting and Larry came out the next day to meet us and discuss the project.He went up to inspect the roof and found some damage, took pictures, and walked us through the entire insurance process - he even met our insurance companies’ roof inspector at the house so they could walk the roof together to confirm the damage.The insurance company said we could simply replace the damaged shingles. Larry then had to come back again to pull a shingle to be sent out for testing to see if it was still in production. It wasn’t, but the insurance company said we could use an alternative one. Larry then went back up to install them and found that they were not the right size so we had to take additional photos and submit them to the insurance company to explain why their recommendation will not work.The insurance company agreed and because of Larry’s dedicated support through the entire process, we wouldn’t have known about the damage or even how to navigate the complex insurance process.Need a roof, or think you might, call Figueroa Contracting and ask for Larry!Services: Roof inspection“

Most everything was in bags/bins, but tarps would make cleanup faster.“

“I have a large home with a pool house, covered porch, breezeway and shed. Hip roof, shed dormer(s) and gables are all there, along with a pretty steep pitch. Valtz roofing was my third estimate and I went with them because of a strong referral from a relative and their price. I was flexible and told them they could replace the roof at their convenience. I dealt with Katie in the office who answered the phone and responded to all my emails. This month I got a call that I was on the schedule and a dumpster would be delivered. After the dumpster came the crew and materials. For three days there were five guys all over my roofs like spider monkeys jacked up on Mountain Dew. They did as good a job as anyone at a better price than anyone. I thought after they left I would have to pick up nails and roof pieces but at most there was only a pocket full of stuff. I am very satisfied with Valtz Roofing and wish every contractor did business the way they do.Service: Roof installation“

“Real nice people, the office was also good at communicating between the field and customer. I run a business and I know things don’t always go to plan, I have a real problem at my house where special modifications outside of a normal installation were necessary and it was a little complicated. Sometimes we don’t get it right on the first try, they did not but they were able to maintain communication so I wasn’t getting upset and we had a plan to accomplish what was done. They had to return 3x to please the HOA, but they didn’t get upset once and neither did I. I was most impressed by the communication with me, I hate having to track down my contractor, argue about a project, or fight about a bill, they were professional the entire job and I would use these guys again, the price was spot on and it looks good. “I contacted 3 roofing companies before this one. They would make appts to come and then not show up…multiple times and months were wasted.. Thank goodness I found this company. The owner was super responsive. He got back to my messages very quickly and his guys showed up when they were supposed to. They came and did the repair on the agreed upon date and the owner reached out to us the next business day to ensure that we were happy with the work.
