The staff has always been extremely professional to work with, and the operators have always been kind, caring, and understanding with our parents when they were leaving messages or attempting to contact our on-call clinicians. Over the years, we have had many complicated scenarios to work through with the answering service (holidays, weather disruptions, technical outages, etc.); and every time we needed assistance, Towne was receptive and quickly responsive to all our needs. The installation was completed in one day, and the team answered all of our questions before leaving. A month later, we experienced an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the heat pump. Even so, Alex responded quickly, came out to inspect the system, helped identify the real cause of the problem, and even answered our text on a Saturday night.

She was patient as I took a while to decide between two frames, and she provided advice about what I should be looking for with my frames. She priced everything out, so I could see exactly what I was responsible for. She was friendly and helpful.

Pleasant, family friendly/run business. Barbers don’t rush and are thorough—closely attentive to detail. Fair price for the area ($35 for men’s hair cut with straight razor finish). Just be aware it is cash only and prices are not posted anywhere (not a negative, just reality). Overall, I’d return for another hair cut.

I love Nail Envy! I got introduced to it by my friend who lives in telford over a year ago and have not gone anywhere else since. I've gone for prom, homecoming, holidays, and more. They are always very welcoming -- especially Tina. Every time I go in they welcome their regulars by name and clearly have connections deeper than worker/client with everyone. Coming in to this salon feels like being welcomed into a friend's house. I've heard the workers asking about people's vacations, kids, jobs, etc. in an earnest and truly caring way. They have even brought in food/snacks for the clients based off of what they like. Tina always will give input on what to get if you're unsure and often makes great suggestions on colors and glitter and more if that is what you would like. They are very sweet and I often see their children coming in and being welcomed by everyone in the salon with open arms. The nails always turn out exactly like the inspiration I bring in and stay on without issue for well over 3 weeks. They do not fall off by themselves, and are very durable even if you work with your hands.
My stylist moved out of the area a few years ago. I tried several new stylists but could not find one that actually could give me the cut I was looking for despite pictures and an explanation. After the last cut I decided I'd just let it grow, wear it in a clip and gave up looking for another hairdresser. Many months later my hair got so long and was becoming unmanageable. I decided I'd try one more time. I looked online again and found Duanes. When I went in I met Marie who listened to what I wanted and for the first time in years I got a beautiful haircut! It's exactly what I wanted. Marie is excellent! Thank you Marie. Your work speaks for itself. I've received many compliments already. See you again. I won't be going anywhere else.

The women did a good job cleaning the house but broke my vintage bunny. They just said the cleaning woman broke it, said maybe you can glue it together! For $600 service they could offer to pay for the bunny. It just really upset me. They didn’t seem to care.

Joe and his team are fantastic! We had a full kitchen remodel done in Feb/March 2017. Communication is extremely important to me and they are top-notch in that department! Joe always kept in touch with me as the start date for our project was approaching, and I had his cell number to contact him anytime I had a question. Tom is his guy on-site basically every day -- he is great. He does great custom woodwork. I had his contact info as well and he always kept me up to date on a daily basis. They are thorough, professional, clean, and just all-around nice guys. They don't stop until it's perfect and the customer is happy. I will definitely go to them with any future home improvement needs!
I can't recommend Klenkner Concrete enough. After searching for a local concrete company, I hired them for two pours, and they were excellent. Andy’s communication, pricing, and reliability were all top-notch. Beyond that, his crew was fantastic with my kids, who were completely captivated by the excavator. They were patient and even took the time to show them what they were doing. It was a perfect experience from start to finish.

Had a lot of recent plumbing work done by Moyer and have had work done by them in the past on this same residence, large and small jobs. Recent work was done by Josh, who was fantastic. On time, professional and personable, shared explanations (because I like to know what's happening), preventative tips, and always answered my questions. I was always informed if work was needed that was not anticipated, and quotes were honored. Scheduling has never been an issue and overall customer service is really, really good. Thank you!

Great place, very professional and friendly. I came with a major burning sensation on my shoulder blade. The doctor was able to spot immediately my problem and help me through the process within few days i was back to myself.
Today our new kitty met the amazing team! Dr Stover is our Vet for our kitties so I excited to take him to them. Jade was wonderful and really took such care with him, and me frankly. The entire team of women who dedicate their time, hearts and souls to navigate pet love and loss are here. Real heros.

Have been going to this clinic for years with my Mom and our dogs. They have always been friendly and done everything for our dogs, be it routine check ups or emergencies. Waiting room is nice and friendly and has a nice little kid spot. Highly recommend them.
