“We went from a dark cherry color to a natural matte maple flooring. We absolutely love the results. Working with Floor Coverings Int was so easy and such a positive experience. Gary and Tracey were transparent with all of the pricing and scope and were always available when we had questions. Gary showed up to our project multiple times a day to check on his crew. The crew themselves were very professional and hard-working. They also did an excellent job with cleanup. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to our friends.”
The Tile Shop
“Shout out to Rebecca at the KOP store. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue. Last week I thought I ordered tile to be delivered today. Turns out that a different service rep misunderstood and the order was not placed. Rebecca came to my aid, worked her magic, and had the tile same-day delivered from another store. She even loaded it in my car. Rebecca was pleasant, professional, and mindful of the huge issue I was facing with my contractor and no tile. And, she never bad-mouthed the person who made the original mistake. She just fixed it! Thank you so much Rebecca!!”
