“So I went here for a very different reason. My eight year-old daughter lost her earring inside her earlobe. It had been infected and She was in pain. it was a very worrisome situation. When I tell you, Dr. Chapin was the kindest, most understanding, Dr I could have had at that moment, I am so blessed that this is who we were referred to. I did ask him to not really tell my daughter what was going on and he said, I want to gain her trust so I will tell her what’s going on and I will not lie to her. I’ve never had a doctor take that stance before and I think that is what helped my daughter get through this procedure. He then made time for a second appointment to make sure everything is healing up well. This doctor and his staff was so compassionate, I can’t imagine how wonderful they must be in other situations. Highly recommend.”

I’ve had migraines from a car accident and been going elsewhere for 10+ years but when that doctor retired and I couldn’t get seen for another 8+ months, I scheduled here and my only regret is not scheduling sooner. Deb is an amazing provider who really takes her time and tries to get to the root of the problem rather than just putting a bandaid on you. I also have to mention Rob, he is so nice and always makes me feel at ease. Would recommend the neurologic group to anyone!”

“I have been working with Sarah, PT, for almost 2 months. I came to her for hip/pelvis floor dysfunction during/after pregnancy where I was in constant pain, day and night. Many women said what I was dealing with will be challenging to ever heal from...but I am pleased to report Sarah's care has been amazing. My quality of life has improved astronomically. So I highly recommend! Plus she is super sweet, makes me feel comfortable and getting an appointment is easy.”

“I had my routine Mammogram here and it was a great experience - the facility is new and extremely clean, the receptionist was friendly and helpful when the kiosk didn't work for me. The technician for the mamo was also kind and pleasant - I was in and out with no wait at all. My result was in mychart a few min after I got home! Highly recommend for mammograms.”

“I can’t say enough nice things about Lauren K. Kershes here, she is absolutely amazing. She is truly the only doctor that listens to you, and has on several occasions saved my life by finding something not quite right going on and referring me to a doctor that was able to perform surgery and help me. She has also went above and beyond to call ahead when I needed to be seen at the hospital to make sure that they knew I was on my way. I absolutely love her as a doctor and will forever continue to see her as my primary no matter how far away I live.”

“I recently had an MRI on my knee at this facility and had a great experience. The employee who assisted me was exceptional—kind, efficient, and very understanding throughout the process.<br>The MRI room was comfortable and almost spa-like, which made the experience far more pleasant than an MRI I had at another facility.<br><br>My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a waitlist for earlier appointments. Currently, patients need to call regularly to check for cancellations or openings, which can be inconvenient. Overall, the quality of care and the environment were excellent, and I would recommend this facility to others.”
“1st appointment after moving from another state and no longer being able to continue using my very long time primary.<br><br>My Dr knew me well and was familiar with all the details of my medical history. I have a great level of trust in him and the care provided. It was really stressful for me to have to choose a new practice. Prior to moving, I checked to confirm I could continue with the same Dr and was told I could. It turned out that another Dr had the same name and they didn't bother confirming the name of the practice or the location before giving me incorrect info.<br><br>I waited as long as I could, but finally gave in and scheduled a new patient appt. I only had to wait a week for an appt. It was great timing because I got an eye infection a day or so before the appointment.<br><br>Staff was friendly and Dr was wonderful! She got a basic rundown of my long medical history, addressed the eye infection and took care of the prescriptions I was transferring from my prior Dr. She was caring, really listened, discussed a plan going forward that I was very comfortable with and had a great sense of humor!<br><br>I'm so glad I got that over with. I'm really grateful that all my anxiety over the change is completely gone.”

The nurse staff is also helpful, polite, and listens when I am being seen. I've been going here for years and don't plan on changing to a different office any time soon”
“I see a lot of negative reviews here but I don’t see any that are patients of Ed Moyer. He is an NP so maybe that’s why but I have been in such great care with Ed. He always takes my concerns seriously, he’ll sit with me and discuss all of the possibilities of the diagnosis and his ideal plan for treatment. He’s very patient and kind and I never feel dismissed as I have with other health care providers in the past. If you’re considering this practice but not sure due to all of the 1 star reviews, consider going to Ed!”
