“Worked with John and Jackie @ Quinn's for about 6 months to get a replacement tankless water heater for mine that was defective. John talked with the supplier and with the manufacturer and it took us a long time but we finally got everything figured out logistically and my replacement water heater was installed last week! John and his team did a fantastic job with the install, including new vent piping and condensation hose. Very pleased with the work that was done and although they did more than i expected, the price quoted in the estimate was the price I paid. Very positive experience!
