I dropped off his suits to be cleaned at about 8:15am and they were ready for pickup at 4:00pm, same day.

The tailor there was very helpful and understanding of my fat arse and gave very good advice to help minimize the tailoring needed. He said don't worry too much about the jacket button just squeeze it on and shake everyone's hands then unbutton, you'll be fine.
