Had a bit of a wine spill on the carpet, enough to not risk cleaning it myself and potentially make it worse. The technician came in a timely manner with a professional attitude and clearly communicated what he was going to do. Not only did he take care of the wine with ease, the rest of the carpet looks even newer than the day I moved in. It's shocking how pristine it looks! Amazing job and highly recommend.
