Had an issue with my original rehearsal dress and need this new one to be hemmed(9 days out from the wedding!). Kim was gracious, didn’t charge a rush fee, and got the dress back to me within a week. She even hand pressed the dress just because she wanted it to look the way it should for my big day. This is my second time having a wonderful experience with her, and I will continue to return for any tailoring needs!
She did an amazing job! I needed a bustle added within a week and she was able to put one in quickly. She also made sure that it would be able to carry the weight of the train. I would come back her with anything else I need! Thank you so much!!! (I’ll add pictures after the day)
So grateful for Kim! Last minute we found out that the hotel could not steam my friend's wedding dress and the steamers that we had were not getting the job done. The day of the wedding, Kim and her husband committed to spending the morning steaming the dress and got it back to us 1 hour before the bride needed to leave. The dress and the bride looked incredible, such great work. Thank you!!
