I had an excellent experience with Riff Tailoring just days before my wedding. My ceremony dress needed to be hemmed and bustled, and my reception dress was too large. My cousin found them online, and I called based on their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did!
Rita, her husband, and Uncle Lee are true professionals. They were able to fix issues left by my previous seamstress, and both dresses fit beautifully! Phenomenal customer service experience from Rita. Called her on a Monday night because no cleaners/tailors on my side of Delco said they'd be able to give me my clothes back in time for an event that Saturday afternoon. Brought in my traditional clothes in on a Tuesday evening, picked it up Friday afternoon. They did a taper, hem for length, and took in the shoulders as it was a dress that was too big- I don’t have a before but it was quite literally falling off me. Fit perfectly afterward.
Riff is such a gem of a local business! I can honestly say that it makes me happy every time I interact with them. Their communication is extremely fast, responsive, polite, warm, positive, clear, and helpful, and corresponding over text message is also very convenient for modern life. The clothes—and many other odds and ends, like a briefcase and several baby toys!—I have entrusted to their care invariably come back in wonderful shape, impeccably clean and carefully packaged.
